These terms apply when you use swiftlok.com.au or buy from us. The website is operated by Swiftlok Pty Ltd (ABN 17 702 540 387) of MBC-1, Unit 1/15 Distribution Ave, Molendinar QLD 4214 (“Swiftlok”, “we”, “us”). By placing an order you agree to these terms. The version published when you place your order is the one that applies to it.
Prices and payment
Prices are in Australian dollars and include GST. Delivery charges are shown at checkout before you pay.
You can pay using the methods shown at checkout, such as card, PayPal or Afterpay, or by bank transfer where we agree. If you pay with PayPal or Afterpay, their terms also apply.
If we make an obvious pricing error, we will contact you before dispatch so you can either pay the correct price or cancel for a full refund.
Orders
We may decline or cancel an order, for example if an item is out of stock, we cannot deliver to your address, or we suspect fraud. If we do, we will refund you in full.
Delivery
We ship to Australia and New Zealand with Australia Post, usually within 1 to 2 business days of payment. Delivery times are estimates. The goods are your responsibility once delivered.
For New Zealand orders, New Zealand Customs may charge GST, duty or fees on delivery. These are payable by you and are not included in our prices.

Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under the Australian Consumer Law, the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 (NZ) or any other law that cannot be excluded.
Product use
Swiftlok products are general purpose tools for sheet metal work. They are not certified aviation parts or tooling and are not intended for aircraft construction or maintenance. Please check they suit your application before use, and follow any instructions and safety information supplied with them.
Using our website
The content on our website, including text, images and logos, belongs to Swiftlok or is used with permission. Please do not copy it for commercial use without our written permission, or use the website in a way that could damage it or interfere with other users.

Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.
